Our bi-metal lugs are made from high-quality aluminum and copper, the lug barrels are filled with a specialized compound, effectively eliminating oxidation on the aluminum surface, ensuring excellent electrical performance.
Installation Method
1. Open the packaging, check whether the product model is consistent with the installation of the copper guide line, confirm that the selection type is correct before installation; 2. Installation steps:
(1) Dipping the insulation layer of the copper guide wire pressure part, the extension length is greater than the valid hole depth of the corresponding terminal model about 1 ~ 2mm;
(3) Plug the copper guide line into the root of the end of the terminal into the root of the terminal to press the root of the terminal;
(4) At the partial part, the centerline of the pits of the formation or pit pressure should be on the same plane or straight line. The distance between the tube end shall refer to the requirements of Table A;
